The ten tracks are part of a TV movie production from the year 2000 in Cologne, Germany. After we lost contact with the film crew, the main score themes appeared in the following dub sequences and riddims, taking on a life of their own as the clips developed. We never saw any movie with music like this, but 'Hochkultur 200' became, at least in our small peer group, a familiar expression for mind-driven movies with strange melodies, pulsating dancehall basslines, and sounds reminiscent of Jimi Tenor.
